    Aquí en Bont, hemos estado desarrollando resinas por más de 45 años. Hemos formulado una resina que es súper rígida, pero moldeable a bajas temperaturas. Además, el tiempo de curado rápido es crítico para nuestros requisitos. Adicionalmente, somos uno de los pocos fabricantes de botas que desarrollan sus resinas internamente.

    Nuestra resina se ablanda a solo 60°C (140°F), que es la temperatura más baja de la industria. Por lo tanto, puede recalentar nuestra resina tantas veces como sea necesario. Es decir; puede calentar su bota y moldearla fácilmente a su pie. Después del calentamiento, deje que su bota se asiente y se enfríe para obtener su molde personalizado.

    El epoxi o poliepóxido es un polímero epóxido termoestable que cura cuando se mezcla con un agente catalizador o endurecedor. Controlamos la polimerización, llamada curado, a través de la temperatura y la elección de los compuestos de resina y endurecedor. El proceso puede durar de minutos a horas.
